Yoga Gems began as a small, home-based
effort in the year 2000 to share the Kundalini Yoga Master Yogi
Bhajan's ongoing teachings for the new millennium with folks around the
world. Synopses were made from notes of Yogi Bhajan's first January classes
and sent out to the 3HO mailing list to test the response. Two hundred
people wrote back exclaiming how great it was to have the impact and
immediacy of Yogiji's presence.
Those people were among the first postal and email subscribers to "Meditations for the New Millennium."
At
the end of each year these synopses were published as CD books (on sale below!), making
the year's precious teachings easy to access and print out in book form.

Summer Classes with the Master
SUMMER CLASSES WITH THE MASTER contains the complete set of Yogi Bhajan's lectures at Master's Touch Courses 2001, including twelve synopses not on the MNM year 2001 CD, such as a provacative Q & A session with student teachers, a section on Yogic Foods and Celestial Communication movements illustrated with drawings. This CD is beautifully formatted like a book, with photographs of Yogi Bhajan within each class and clear, easy-to-print drawings of meditation postures. Guided Meditations with the Master
Four class synopses and guided meditations taught by Yogi Bhajan in the Fall of 2001 with his voice recorded in mp3 to guide you, as per his request. These Guided Meditations are payable track by track via a DVD player. The CD is formatted as a book with clear drawings of meditation postures and photographs of Yogi Bhajan in each class. 1999 Meditations for the New Millennium
Meditations for the New Millennium 1999 synopses were created starting backwards from December during the first half of 2002 to provide Yoga Gems subscribers with class material when Yogi Bhajan postponed teaching until midyear.There are twenty-four synopses reaching back to June of 2001, of which sixteen are presently KRI approved for sale as PDF files. These classes are worth their weight in gold. In 1999 Yogiji taught overseas classes with the intensity of his tantric courses. Awesome!
