Amrit - Nectar of bliss, sublime elixir of life, sanctified water.
Amrit Vela - Early morning, beginning 2 1/2 hours before sunrise when the sun's rays hit the earth at a 30 degree angle and the frequency of the sun's light is aligned with the subconscious mind.
Anand Sahib - Song of Bliss. A composition by Guru Amar Das, the third Sikh Guru. Recitation of this prayer provides a depth of understanding of the mind's relationship to the cosmos and the soul. The first five stanza's of this prayer are sung at the conclusion of every Gurdwara.
Aradana - Yogic consciousness applied to daily life.

B Bana - Clothing that represents grace and consciousness. A Sikh dresses in Guru's image, including wearing a turban and allowing one's hair to grow uncut.
Breath of Fire A rapid, rhythmical breath generated from the navel and diaphragm with an equal inhale and exhale through the nose. It stimulates, oxygenates and purifies the blood as well as strengthening the nervous system.
C Chakra - Wheel in action. Energy centers in the aura aligned along the spine's nerve centers from its base to the top of the skull. Each chakra is a center of consciousness with a set of values concerns and powers associated with it. The chakra's general locations are: 1. Base of the spine - Earth element 2.
