March 2, 1981 Tonight Adam allowed me to take the car to attend BJ’s class. BJ was surprised to see me again. I explained that Adam had okayed my going through Candy, BJ’s secretary.
This is the first time I joined in the class activities with everyone else rather be an observer. BJ said it was easy for me to catch on quickly because I have been meditating for so many years.
I was able to build the particular energy extensions but did not have the rest of the classe’s vivid perception of color and texture.
Here is what I picked up this time: - “A” “E” “I” “O” and “U” become warmer, lower-toned vibrations as you shift frequencies down from “A” to “U”. - “A” is a laser. - “E” is good for everything—a general extension for scanning and healing. - “O” is always a ball. It can be large or very small. - “U” is spiked, vibrant and warm. - “I” is the ideal base frequency for the scanning hand.
When scanning, people normally hold a different vibe in each hand, with Lower-keyed energies, like “U”, held in the scanning hand. The other hand, holding “A”, is held in place, usually in the thumb.
Energy always channels itself from the high-keyed hand to the lower-keyed scanning hand (A→ E → O → U), energizing as the energy extensions do their work.
The practitioner should be able to gradually shift the particular energy being built between the palms to the next higher or lower healing frequency, succinctly and easily.
There are ten different extensions. BJ says people would not get the full benefit and understanding of each one if he unloaded them all at once. I do not even know the names of the other five!
